Picture this: you live in a shared condominium building — twelve apartments, one solar hot-water system on the roof, installed years ago and now starting to fail. Corrosion at a fitting in the plant room. A pump that keeps tripping its breaker. One tank that won’t hold pressure. You want to understand the system well enough to plan a replacement, so you open AI Tool and start asking questions. This is where that conversation begins — and where this course begins too.

You already know AI Tool can do this — you've typed a question and watched a good answer appear, probably without thinking twice about it. This course pulls apart that half-second between your question and its answer. Underneath, four things happen in order: your words get broken into pieces the model can work with, those pieces get mapped to something like meaning, the model decides which pieces actually matter for your specific question, and finally it generates an answer that can still contain gaps you need to catch.
